ABOUT PROJECT
In 2019 the client came with a finished but limited and a bit of outdated product, that supported iPad only, with back-ups on iPad. Chili Labs has been tasked to re-create and improve existing products, so it becomes a web platform and supports all types of devices. We were required to update the existing functionality and add a one extra, however our cooperation became so fruitful, that existing solution exceeds the initial version by far. Now this software is used by top 500 fortune companies and other large enterprises whenever they need to evaluate internal teams & people.

What have been done
Results
As a result, we have created a solution that replaced the iPad version, with much more functionality and lots of new features, made it available anywhere on the web and currently it is used by multiple Fortune 500 companies all over the world. More large enterprises consider using IBR as their main personnel assessment tool and analytics for company development.

All designs, starting from Wireframes, prototyping, testing and iterations of designs were created by Chili Labs. The challenges were that you have to create a design and design system that would be extended and modified for big companies needs, if there is a need.

Teams
Possibility to create a team, set each person's impact by rank, that will define "weight" on calculations on the Performance Matrix. For example - if we have a product development team, with developers, team lead, QA engineer, designer and manager, who would be the most crucial person for goal success? This is the question that reviewers would have to answer.
Full list of teams with their related latest reviews, status, members and complete history of reviews that any employee from this had. By that, leaders can easily compare teams, people, think of strategic goals, change management and people rewarding or replacing. Availability to download it in CSV format and transfer data anywhere for further analysis.

People tab is needed, so that users can see workers, archived (completed) reviews, data about each worker progression, assessments, goal completion, start or the end of work. All the necessary information to see trends of each person in the team or the company.
One page overview
Dashboard
Displaying all the essential information in one place, for just one minute a leader can glance at a team's data and know what you are dealing with. On dashboard leaders can see HTS, team talent score, statuses, team members, their stats, all information is visually clear and understandable. Leaders can compare multiple teams within a dashboard, with the same information displayed side by side. As one more possibility - download a visual report, so that you don't have to share invites to the system, if there is no need for that.

Admins of the group can invite other users to the system and assign different roles to them within the system, like reviewer, observer, admin with defined set of permissions within this and sub groups. The invited user can operate within the invited groups, review people, teams and create sub groups, if role permissions allow.Good design is obvious. Great design is transparent.

Reviews
Review your team by Thinking Fast and Thinking Slow. IBR has a unique feature that caters for following both your intuitive mind as well as following your rational mind when reviewing people. Thinking fast (doing a first review via the matrix) gives the boardroom a very fast path to a first result, on the basis of which they can already have a very good debate and follow up with lengthier discussion if required.

Table for preview of decision making, the decision on which column to assign a person is done automatically according to the review data. In case the reviewer is not agreeing with an automated decision, it can be assigned to another column with notes for each person individually and team altogether.

As there is a lot of functionality in the application, we decided to create a wiki page with tutorials, FAQ and information that users might find useful. It is hosted separately from instance and consists of all necessary data on how to successfully operate with IBR software.

200+ screens created
Starting from the project start, till now, we have created more than 200+ unique screens, wireframes, design concepts and screens that would never leave the designers desk. It was quite challenging to create a modern, strict, yet user friendly interface for large enterprises and corporations.
